چکیده
The Opuntia genus is widely recognized as a significant member of the Cactaceae family. eastern Moroccan prickly pear’s wild ecotype renowned for its production fruits superior quality, which are in high demand. Nonetheless, white cochineal (Dactylopius opuntiae) has emerged hazard to persistence indigenous pear population majority country’s territories. Conventional plant propagation techniques may facilitate transmission pathogens successive generations and thus fail satisfy market requirements. Therefore, primary goal this study was develop rapid efficient protocol large-scale using axillary buds starting material. Sterilization material crucial but challenging step species, meristem located just beneath spine. developed produced moderately satisfactory results, with 20 30% contamination each experiment. obtained shoots were incubated on Murashige Skoog medium supplemented varying concentrations BAP (0, 1.5, 3, 5, 7.5 mg/L). treatment at 5 mg/L exhibited statistically increase average number regenerated per explant (19.42). effect kinetin rooting evaluated by transferring MS 0.5, 1, 2, 2.5 use increased length roots while also shortening root development period from 21 days 10 days. best results concentration 1.5 kinetin. Furthermore, acclimatization plants achieved plastic containers gradually increasing opening lids. outcomes experimentation have potential preservation botanical variety, reduce risk infestation, address need quality fruit supply market.

An efficient and cost effective protocol for in vitro propagation of Pineapple (Ananas comosus var. Queen) has been developed. In the proliferation stage, agar based Murashige and Skoog (MS) media was supplemented with 3.0 mg/l benzyleaminopurine (BAP), 0.5 mg/l indole acetic acid (IAA) and 50 mg/l adenine sulphate as RBC design experiment. Two approaches were taken to reduce the chemical cost ...

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were assembled by using the bougainvillea flowers, red turnip and the purple wild Sicilian prickly pear fruit juice extracts as natural sensitizers of TiO(2) films. The yellow orange indicaxanthin and the red purple betacyanins are the main components in the cocktail of natural dyes obtained from these natural products. The best overall solar energy conversion...
